1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any CrownForge LLC service, including Questwright, CrownForge Business Portal, and future products (collectively, "the Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CrownForge LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). We operate Questwright (questwright.app), CrownForge Business Portal (crownforge.work/portal), and may operate additional products and services in the future. These Terms apply to all CrownForge products and services accessed through your CrownForge account. We may modify these Terms at any time by posting updated terms on this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If we discover that you are under 18, your CrownForge account will be terminated immediately and all associated data will be deleted.

In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and other applicable child safety laws, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. We verify age at registration through date of birth collection. Individual CrownForge products (such as Crowncade) may set different age minimums above 13 as described in their specific terms of service.

3. CrownForge Account

To use certain features of the Services, you must create a CrownForge account. Your CrownForge account provides single sign-on (SSO) access to all CrownForge products and services. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account across all CrownForge services

You may not share your account with others or allow others to access the Services using your credentials. A single CrownForge account grants access to all CrownForge products — you do not need separate accounts for each product.

4. User Content and Intellectual Property

4.1 Your Content

You may create content while using the Services, including but not limited to characters, campaigns, business documents, and other creative or professional works ("User Content").

By submitting User Content to the Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, and distribute your User Content in connection with operating and improving the Services.

You retain the right to use your own creative ideas elsewhere, but any content stored on or generated through our platform is subject to this license. For copyright concerns, see our DMCA Policy.

4.2 AI-Generated Content and AI Disclosure

Certain CrownForge products use artificial intelligence to generate content. When you interact with AI-powered features (such as the Questwright Dungeon Master), you are interacting with an AI system, not a human.

Our primary AI provider is Anthropic (Claude), with Google (Gemini) available as a secondary provider. We employ content safety measures including system-level safety prompts, provider safety classifiers, and usage monitoring to help ensure AI-generated content remains appropriate. However, AI systems can and do make mistakes. Despite our best efforts, AI may occasionally generate content that is inaccurate, inconsistent, unexpected, or potentially offensive. We are not responsible for any AI-generated content. You use AI features at your own risk.

4.3 AI Service Quality and Resource Management

Products that rely on third-party AI services incur per-use costs. To maintain the Services for all users, we reserve the right to adjust the AI capabilities available to any user or the platform as a whole at any time and without prior notice. These adjustments may include changing AI models, reducing response detail, applying usage limits, throttling request frequency, or temporarily reducing service quality. No specific level of AI model quality, response detail, or availability is guaranteed.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the Services for any commercial purpose without our express written consent
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or discriminate against other users
• Engage in bigotry, racism, sexism, or other hateful conduct toward other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Services without permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Services
• Circumvent any security measures or access restrictions
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your CrownForge account at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Because your CrownForge account provides access to all CrownForge services, suspension or termination applies across all products.

Specific violations that will result in immediate termination and permanent ban include:

• Harassment or hateful conduct toward other users
• Bigotry, racism, sexism, or discrimination against other users
• Attempting to hack, exploit, or compromise the Services
• Commercial use without authorization
• Violating any applicable laws
• Any other violation of these Terms

Upon termination, your right to use all CrownForge Services ceases immediately. We may delete your account data at our discretion.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

7.1 Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You use the Services at your own risk
• AI-generated content may be inaccurate, offensive, or otherwise problematic
• The Services may be discontinued at any time
• We are not responsible for any content generated by the AI or other users
• We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on content from the Services

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CrownForge LLC, its operators, affiliates, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of the Services
• Your User Content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

9. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Pennsylvania, United States, and shall be conducted in English.

You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against CrownForge LLC.

Notwithstanding the above, we may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement of our intellectual property rights.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CrownForge LLC regarding your use of the Services and supersede any prior agreements. These Terms do not alter, amend, or supersede any separate written agreement you may have entered into with CrownForge LLC (such as a consulting, services, or enterprise agreement). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a separate written agreement, the separate agreement shall control.
